Know your food ・Goes hand in hard way・Knowing your health
The kids will be able to connect directly with where their meals originate and learn to cook and eat smarter.
With its own central kitchen, the school promotes the “ Good Food Campus Project.” Students visit local farms to harvest crops such as burdock, learn about ingredients through hands-on farming, and become little creative chefs. In the process, they not only develop healthy eating habits but also learn to cherish the gifts of the land.
